Apartments
All of the Astoria Apartments have been classified, from the Regional Tourism Office, as first category apartments (Classification: 4 Suns). The superior level apartments, 30-40 mq. each, will offer you a special comfort, thanks to their natural brightness and comfortable facilities.
The Astoria Apartments are located in different areas of downtown Bologna, between the railway station, the historical town centre and the university, and are elegantly refined with exclusive interiors.
All of the Apartments provide full standard services: ensuite bathroom with shower and courtesy set, colour TV or LCD TV, independently controlled air conditioning/heating, cooking area with all furnitures, electrical cooking facilities, coffee-tea maker, fridge.
Guests staying in our exterior apartments can also take chance of the following additional services:

The best attention, among all news, shall be given to the recently renovated Apartments located in Via del Borgo di San Pietro, close to the university area: situated in an ancient building of town centre, the apartments are providing two different spaces, separated by wood stairs: a living area, on the ground floor, and a mezzanine sleeping area, with the splendour of vaults and the charme of a ceiling with the beams showing.
Our only wish is that all our Guests really feel home while staying in our apartments; so we would remember you that:
- all cooking areas are furnished with utensils for cooking
- all small pets are really welcome
- the bed linen and bath towels are provided by the Hotel
- a daily apartment cleaning service is provided by the internal hotel’s staff
- electricity, water and heating are always included in the offered rates
