The Hotel Astoria enables you to plan your holiday exactly to your requirements. You can stay in our main building, or in the annexe overlooking the courtyard, where in the summer you can have breakfast or give yourself a pleasant break in the shade of a charming wrought iron gazebo.
You can choose from various accommodation and price options, including special rates for those intending to stay with us a little longer, or last-minute bargains, for which we do not require a credit card guarantee.
Bologna by bicycle
Discover Bologna by bike! Cross the city parks by bike, from the Margherita Gardens to the Montagnola Park, and discover a new way to experience the city. Fast, fun and comfortable, the bicycle is the ideal way to get around the historic center. Ask at the reception for your bicycle, you can use it as long as you need!

Cooking Class “Stay Hungry Stay Bologna”
Live an authentic Bolognese experience and participate in the cooking class of Federico, a chef born and raised in Bologna. The lesson will take place in an external laboratory, where Federico – a chef specialized in local and traditional cuisine – will welcome you with a glass of wine and a homemade pizza. Then it will be your turn to get to the stove. During the Cooking Class you will learn to prepare two types of pasta, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle, with two sauces, namely Bolognese ragù (Bolognaise sauce) and fresh cherry tomato and basil sauce. Finally you will discover the recipe, and you will be able to taste, the best Tiramisu of your life!
